Adding New Users via Chief 360 Portal

This is for new personnel who do not have a Chief 360 login. If member already has a Chief 360 login please refer to “Requesting Access To Company”
- Go to Backstage.Chief360.com
- Click “Request Access”
- Fill out the required fields. Your Agency Keyword should be provided by your Department Administrator

Log into backstage.chief360.com using your username and password

Go to ADMINISTRATION > PERSONNEL > PENDING PERSONNEL
Here you will be able to approve or deny anyone requesting access to your agency. Once you approve the user, an email will be sent to them with instructions to create a username and password.

- You should have received another email from Chief 360
If you did not receive an email contact support@chief360.com
- Choose a username and password. Remember that Chief 360 is a global network, thus, your username must be very unique. It is recommended to use your email address as your username.
This Username and password will be used for Chief Mobile as well as the Chief 360 Portal.
