Chief 360 Portal- the Administrative platform used to manage all Chief 360 Products.
Global Admin- a user with the highest level of access to the system. They can manage all aspects of the system, including users, devices, and licenses.
Security Roles- Roles that are created by Global Admins to allow individual users to have additional access to enhanced features
Riding Board- a digital board, displayed in a fire station via Chief 360 Dashboards and/or in Chief Mobile, that outlines the assigned roles and responsibilities of each firefighter on a fire truck during an emergency call, essentially detailing who is responsible for what tasks based on their seating position on the apparatus, ensuring efficient operations on the scene; it acts as a visual reminder of pre-determined "riding assignments" for each firefighter depending on the call type and their seat location.
